Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (the “Policy”) governs all returns and refunds for purchases made through Walton Holistic (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our products, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. This Policy is effective for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Any request made after such thirty‑day period will be automatically declined.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must:

  1. Submit your refund request within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
  2. Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ensure the product container is full and returned in its original, unopened packaging.
  4. Bear all return shipping costs; such costs are non‑refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund.

The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any return that does not comply with these requirements.

3. Returns Processing

Upon receipt of your returned product, we will:

  • Inspect the item and packaging to verify compliance with this Policy.
  • Acknowledge receipt of your return via email.
  • Notify you in writing of whether your refund request has been approved or denied.

Each refund request is evaluated individually. Approval is not guaranteed.

4. Refund Issuance

If your refund request is approved:

  • We will credit the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of approval for the credit to appear on your statement.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  1. Re‑check your bank or credit‑card account.
  2. Contact your issuing bank or card network, as processing times may vary.

If 30 days elapse from the date of approval without receipt of your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

No refunds will be issued beyond thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. All return processes must be initiated within the thirty‑day window.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non‑refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

6. No Exchanges After Opening

For health and safety reasons, no exchanges will be permitted once a product has been opened. All returns must meet the condition requirements outlined above.
